Hello everyone. The Gods of Destruction are one of the most powerful beings in the Dragon Ball Super. They are among the most feared individuals in the world. Each God of Destruction bears great power. Each God of Destruction looks over a specific Universe and he/she can pass judgement on every planet as they seem fit. An interesting thing about a God of Destruction is that they needn’t necessarily be born powerful. After undergoing proper training under an Angel, a mortal can reach the level of a God of Destruction. Compared to their counterparts, the Gods of Destruction are more apt to fight.
Their destructive power makes them a frightening foe. In today’s episode, the main highlight was Toppo’s new transformation. There was a lot of hype regarding Toppo’s transformation. Toppo has finally undergone the transformation that puts him on equal footing with a God of Destruction. Before his transformation, Toppo was struggling to keep up with Android 17 and Freeza. However, after his power up, Toppo wrecked both of them. Freeza was almost eliminated from the Tournament of Power.
He has abandoned his ideals for now as he looks to win the Tournament of Power for his Universe. Jiren was fairly surprised by the change in Toppo’s resolve. Toppo looks to have turned evil and he isn’t going to show any signs of holding back his power against Universe 7.
However, Toppo God of Destruction aura is different compared to the existing Gods. After changing into a God Of Destruction form, Toppo is seen with a weird marking on his body which all the existing Gods didnt have. Another thing about Toppo aura is that when Goku fights Beerus in his Super Saiyan God, beerus purple aura is not destructive like when Toppo uses it. Goku are able to exchange punches with Beerus and not being destroyed by it.
Android 17 also pointed out that there maybe weaknesses on Toppo and being calm about it. I really like Android 17 perseverance to not give up even when facing a stronger opponent. He still optimist about finding a way to defeat Toppo. I personally think that he is the tournament most intelligent fighter even smarter than Gohan. Beerus did mention about Toppo charging time on his Destructive Ball because God of Destruction didnt needed time to charge that Destructive Ball. Gohan then mentioned that even with that opening, they still cant hit Toppo because of his Destructive Aura.
If that is the case, then how come Toppo could grab and hit Frieza and Frieza is still alive. He clearly grab Frieza and even told that he can really kill him if he wanted to. This means that the Aura can be controlled. When Android 17 throw ki blast on him, he sets the Aura to destroy and when he is going offensive he sets the Aura differently. This is because if he accidentally erased any of the fighter, he will be automatically disqualified.
Next episode will feature Prince of All Saiyan versus Toppo and Jiren and Vegeta most likely will sacrifice himself to defeat Toppo. This is to avoid having 2 God level opponent in the last dying minutes.
