FORESHADOWING OR A MISTAKE? LUFFY FINAL BOUNTY REVEALED!?

Monkey D. Luffy is a Captain of the Mugiwara Pirates and a member of the Worst Generation. Out of the 11 Supernovas.  Luffy has grown to be an extraordinary pirate, and he continues to grow at a frightening rate. A bounty is in itself an agreement to the public at large. The government is issuing a call to the people to help in the capture and concluding execution of someone considered outside the law. It is them asking for help in exchange for Money as a reward. The point of a bounty is to lure bounty hunters to the hope of money. The higher the bounty, the more likely a well-known bounty hunter will respond to the call. When a prize is raised, it is the acceptance of the government that they are not able to deal quietly with the problem at hand, and are asking for help from bounty hunters. ONE MORTAL THAT CAN USE ENERGY OF DESTRUCTION OTHER THAN TOPPO


Hey guys. Dragon Ball Super has introduced another new transformation in the ever growing list of the transformations. If memory serves me right, there have been three new transformation introduced in the Tournament of Power. The first one is the Ultra Instinct form of Son Gokū. Son Gokū got the transformation when he was fighting Jiren from Universe 11.


It was the only way that Gokū was able to overwhelm Jiren even if it was for small amount of time. Ultra Instinct is a really big power up which allowed Goku to gain so much on Jiren. We still don’t know the full power of this new form. Gokū still hasn’t mastered the form yet. The next form was Vegeta’s next level of Super Saiyan Blue. We still don’t have a proper name for the transformation but fans prefer to call it “Migatte Blue”.



Finally the third one is Toppo’s transformation which allowed him to reach the level of God of Destruction. Toppo threw away all of his ideals and beliefs before undergoing the transformation. The transformation made Toppo a God of Destruction, which meant that he was capable of using the destructive energy. As we saw in the episode that Android 17’s attacks couldn’t even scratch Toppo. He was immune to close range combat as well. Like every God of Destruction, Toppo is capable of using Hakai. Hakai is an attack which is used by the Gods of Destruction to pretty much erase anything from existence.


However, it doesn’t work against immortal beings. There is another participant in the Tournament of Power who can actually use Hakai even though he is not a God of Destruction. I know that you are hyped up to know who this character, so I’ll keep it a secret no longer. The character is none other than Son Goku.



Many of you might not know this but Goku used Hakai in the Dragon Ball Super manga against Zamasu. Goku required much higher concentration to use it though. He used the power when he was in his Super Saiyan God transformation. It is possible that we may see the move sometime again by Gokū in the anime.
