FORESHADOWING OR A MISTAKE? LUFFY FINAL BOUNTY REVEALED!?

Monkey D. Luffy is a Captain of the Mugiwara Pirates and a member of the Worst Generation. Out of the 11 Supernovas.  Luffy has grown to be an extraordinary pirate, and he continues to grow at a frightening rate. A bounty is in itself an agreement to the public at large. The government is issuing a call to the people to help in the capture and concluding execution of someone considered outside the law. It is them asking for help in exchange for Money as a reward. The point of a bounty is to lure bounty hunters to the hope of money. The higher the bounty, the more likely a well-known bounty hunter will respond to the call. When a prize is raised, it is the acceptance of the government that they are not able to deal quietly with the problem at hand, and are asking for help from bounty hunters. TOURNAMENT MOST INTELLIGENT FIGHTER, EVEN SMARTER THAN GOHAN.



Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power has been no stranger to huge moments in the series, and fans have been enjoying every second of it. What they didn't expect to see from the series, however, is that Android 17 would not only make it to the final six fighters in the tournament overall, but that he's also the reason for many of fans' favorite moments of the arc.



Not only did he help Android 18 defeat Universe 2's Ribrianne (as well as interrupting the magical girl style transformation of the Kamikaze Fireballs), he also figured out the tricks of Universe 4's final batch of tricky warriors, dealt the awesome final blow to Universe 3's behemoth fusion Aniraza, and has proved to be a valuable asset of Universe 7 as he comes up with many victorious plans.



Fans have taken notice of Android 17's greatness throughout the arc ever since his surprising return, and definitely have started to rally behind the character as he begins his fight with the God of Destruction Toppo.



He is one of my favourite characters (behind Vegeta of course, coz he's the best…and Goku). But just during Android/ Cell saga 17 he was a cool character, the design, the voice, his history with 18. He, like Vegeta started off evil and came good.



But this tournament of power has shown me more of him. It's shown me he's completely changed. He's a ranger doing stuff with wildlife and stopping poachers, he thinks of his family, yet when he fights he's smart about his decisions (in my opinion more-so then Gohan sometimes). For example, knowing that he & Gohan hadn't worked together before. He understands that characters should have weaknesses.



 His decisions to work with certain people have led to him eliminating 8 other characters (Vikal, Kakunsa, Rozie, Damon, Anilaza - Koitsukai, Panchia, Bollarator, Paparoni). He has done remarkably for a person who I & most thought would just be one of the first U7 guys to go out.



Hats off to 17 he is a MVP in my opinion and just wanted to make this to show some respect to my favourite android and one of my favourite characters.
