Logia is one of the three Devil Fruit types. It is characterized by giving its user the ability to create or summon an element based on what the devil fruit is. Logia devil fruit is so rare in One piece infact there are only 11 users of Logia Devil Fruit.

Smoker who also known as the White Hunter is a Marine officer stationed at the G-5 base. He was introduced back in Loguetown and responsible for capturing Luffy. He was later promoted to Vice Admiral in New world and the last involvement of Smoker is in Punk Hazard.
Smoker has eaten the Moku Moku no Mi, a Logia type Devil Fruit which allows him to create, control and become smoke. He can manipulate the smoke's density to make it thick or thin, allowing him to hold and constrict others within it. Like most Logia users, he can fly by turning his lower body into smoke and propelling himself like a rocket.
Sir Crocodile is the former president of the mysterious crime syndicate Baroque Works. Crocodile is an ex-Schibukai where he was demoted from the position after manipulating his power as a Shichibukai in Alabasta. He was defeated by Luffy and then sent into impel down. However, he was on the group that manages to escape impel down and participate in Marineford War.
Crocodile ate the Logia Devil Fruit, Suna Suna no Mi, allowing him to become, generate, and manipulate sand. While in a desert area, his powers make him nearly invincible. Crocodile has the ability to create huge sandstorms, make multiple bladed weapons out of sand, and create quicksand. He can also suck all the moisture out of any object, living or non-living, by touching it with his right hand.
Portgas D. Ace or his nickname of Firefist Ace is a Gold D roger son who was later adopted by Garp as luffy older Brother. Ace have his own pirates crew called Spade Pirates before turning in as a pirate under Whitebeard Pirates. Ace is the second division commander of Whitebeard pirates and has former bounty of 550,000,000 beli.
Ace ate the Devil Fruit Mera Mera no Mi, a Logia-type fruit that allows him to become the element of fire and control the flames from his body, giving him his reputation as "Fire Fist Ace". Ace displayed his immense power by destroying a handful of Baroque Works ships with ease. His main style is to launch columns of fire by punching, with his signature "Fire Fist". He is also immune to normal physical strikes, all of which will simply phase through his fire-composed body.
Enel is the God of Skypiea. Enel was introduced during Skypiea arc. Enel have unique power called mantra which he was able to predict what will happen next.
Enel gets his Devil Fruit power from the Logia-type Goro Goro no Mi, which allows him to transform into, create, and control lightning. It lets him use a variety of lightning based attacks either by channeling lightning through his body or by striking the drums on his back, which are nearly all named after thunder gods from various cultures.
Kuzan or better known as Aokiji is a former Marine admiral and the first one to be revealed. He was nominated by Sengoku for the position of fleet admiral. However, after losing the position to Sakazuki, he resigned from the Marines and affiliated himself with the Blackbeard Pirates.
Kuzan has the powers of the Hie Hie no Mi, a Logia Devil Fruit that allows him to control, create, and become ice. He can create enough ice to cover a giant, a Sea King or several square miles of ocean within mere moments. He was even able to freeze the tsunamis created by Whitebeard, despite their size surpassing that of Marineford. Like other Logia users, he is capable of breaking himself into his particular element to avoid damage from most physical attacks. Kuzan also has extreme amounts of resistance towards cold, due to his Devil Fruit's element.
Marshall D. Teach, also known as Blackbeard, is the Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates and one of the Yonko. Blackbeard briefly held the position of Shichibukai after handing Ace over to the Marines,[3] before resigning upon returning from Impel Down with Level Six prisoners. After the timeskip, of all Yonko, Teach becomes part of the Worst Generation.
Blackbeard has eaten the Logia-type Devil Fruit Yami Yami no Mi. With it, he can create an ebbing shroud of darkness, shown to possess a strong gravitational pull. Blackbeard, unlike every other Logia user, cannot disperse to non-solid and let attacks simply pass through him.
The most frightening power of the fruit is to nullify other Devil Fruit abilities through physical contact, allowing Teach to physically hit Ace, whose body was composed of intangible flames, and injure Luffy, whose body was made of rubber.
Borsalino, more commonly known by his alias Kizaru, is an admiral in the Marines. After Aokiji resigned from the Marines and Akainu was promoted to fleet admiral, Kizaru is the only remaining admiral from the previous trio.
Kizaru possesses the power of the Pika Pika no Mi, meaning 'glimmer' or 'light', a Logia-type Devil Fruit that grants him the powers of the element of light. As a Logia-user, he is able to let objects pass through him and reconstruct his body from energy particles.
His power is very destructive, causing huge explosions and can easily destroy buildings. He also has the ability to reflect himself, essentially moving from one location to the next at the speed of light. Due to this fruit's power, Kizaru is possibly the fastest man in the world.
5. Sakazuki
Sakazuki, commonly known by his alias Akainu, is the current fleet admiral of the Marines, succeeding the previous fleet admiral, Sengoku. During the first half of the series, he was one of the three admirals,[3] and the last one to be fully revealed. He ascended to the position of fleet admiral after defeating Kuzan in a ten-day duel that left Punk Hazard in its current state.
Sakazuki possesses the Magu Magu no Mi, a Logia-class Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to transform his body into magma and manipulate it at will. His ability is naturally of a higher order than Ace's pyrokinetic abilities, as the higher heat and smothering abilities of his magma allowed him to successfully harm Ace despite Ace's Logia-defense, and ultimately kill Ace due to this superiority. The destructive heat and explosive powers from the magma enables Akainu to cause massive damage even to whitebeard.
"Wet-Haired Caribou" is an infamous rookie pirate who was at the Sabaody Archipelago around the time of the Straw Hat Pirates' reunion. Deranged, sadistic, and prone to acts of brutal violence, he has earned a bounty of Beli210,000,000, making him part of the new generation of rookie pirates with bounties over Beli100,000,000
Caribou ate the Numa Numa no Mi, a Logia-classDevil Fruit which allows him to change his body into, and control, a swamp; he can create swamps of various size, either in his hand, such as the hand sized one he used to drown Drip, or a larger one as he did to capture a trio of mermaids. He can also use this ability to absorb most forms of attack using the swamp mass.
Caesar Clown, is a demented scientist, a former colleague of Vegapunk, the main antagonist of the Punk Hazard Arc, and the first main antagonist the Straw Hats face in the New World. He is the leading expert on chemical weapons of mass destruction and has a bounty of Beli300,000,000 on his head
Caesar has eaten the Gasu Gasu no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to change into a vaporous form, allowing him to float and go inside places that no normal solid being can. Caesar can absorb other gases, and he merged completely with the Shinokuni gas to greatly enhance his size and powers, while gaining Shinokuni's petrification properties, able to petrify anyone he touches
He can generate a destructive gas beam that can incinerate metal and even the fearsome Fighting Fish while on the way to Green Bit. Caesar stated that he has done numerous experiments on his power, thus granting his gases poisonous and explosive qualities. He can also remove oxygen in a certain area around himself to nullify fire-based attacks or asphyxiate his opponents.
2. Monet
Monet was a scout and assistant for Caesar Clown and his underlings in the research facility on Punk Hazard. She had her original human arms and legs replaced with bird limbs, giving her an appearance resembling a harpy. She was, in truth, a member and officer of the Donquixote Pirates and was sent as a deep cover agent by Doflamingo. She was also the older sister of Sugar.
She could produce and manipulate snow, forming solid snow barriers. These barriers are quite hard, making it difficult to destroy them, but she could easily pass through her snow barriers. She also had the ability to make someone fall asleep by hugging them with her icy body which causes their body temperature to lower and leaving them weakened
1. Sabo
Sabo is the Revolutionary Army's chief of staff, recognized as the "No. 2" of the entire organization, ranking directly under Monkey D. Dragon himself.
Sabo is the current user of the Logia-type Devil Fruit, the Mera Mera no Mi, which originally belonged to his brother Ace before his death. With it, Sabo is able to become the element of fire and control the flames from his body at will. He is the second people to inherit another person devil fruit like Blackbeard.
After eating the fruit, Sabo was instantly able to utilize it to the point of using Ace's signature technique, the "Hiken". He did later show difficulty of controlling his fruit however, which is typically displayed by new Devil Fruit users
