The point of a bounty is to lure bounty hunters to the hope of money. The higher the bounty, the more likely a well-known bounty hunter will respond to the call. When a prize is raised, it is the acceptance of the government that they are not able to deal quietly with the problem at hand, and are asking for help from bounty hunters. THE REASON WHY VEGETA WILL NOT ACHIEVE ULTRA INSTINCT EASY


Because of Goku’s achievement with the Ultra Instinct, he became even more powerful than before. Though his attacks are not as powerful like his Super Saiyan Blue form, his reaction was improved more than 100%. And because of this, he can easily dodge attacks that seem unavoidable.


The ability is very convenient and will make someone safe from almost all dangers. That is why Vegeta would really like to achieve the form too. And it was clear that the Prince is actually impatient as he will try to achieve Ultra Instinct right then and there in the Tournament of power.

Spoilers revealed that Vegeta will try to achieve the same feat but will fail miserably. The Universe 3 police officer Katopesla will then attack the Saiyan Prince. There is no doubt that Vegeta is strong and can actually achieve the Ultra Instinct. But what will be that thing that will keep him from attaining it?


The reason is actually pretty simple, and Whis has said it before. Vegeta overthinks everything, even the next move that he will do. Because of that, he cannot separate his mind and his body. Ultra Instinct cannot be obtained by logic, as Goku previously showed. Vegeta is quite the logical and Goku is quite instinctive.


That is the reason why Vegeta will not be able to achieve ultra instinct as easily as Goku, who is the alter-ego of the Saiyan Prince. Of course, this doesn’t mean that Vegeta will not be able to learn Ultra Instinct, he just needs more time than Goku because his awareness of his body is not similar to how Goku is aware of his own.


Or it can mean that Vegeta should stop looking in the path that Goku makes and start building his own. He can discover a unique form for himself and use it against Goku. Even though Goku’s discovered forms also works well with Vegeta, there will be a time that it will not work anymore and will backfire on him because of their individual differences.


Vegeta might not be combat genius like Goku, but his resume is actually pretty good. And to think that he achieved it all by working hard and sometimes desperation, it just means that he can do anything that he sets himself to do. And Ultra Instinct is just one of those things. But first, he must decide if he will ignore Katopesla like Frieza did or throw him out of the stage like he did to Dr. Rota.
