The government is issuing a call to the people to help in the capture and concluding execution of someone considered outside the law. It is them asking for help in exchange for Money as a reward. The point of a bounty is to lure bounty hunters to the hope of money. The higher the bounty, the more likely a well-known bounty hunter will respond to the call. When a prize is raised, it is the acceptance of the government that they are not able to deal quietly with the problem at hand, and are asking for help from bounty hunters. TOURNAMENT MOST INTIMIDATING FIGHTER, HIDDEN WEAPON FROM UNIVERSE 4 AND 3
Last 19 minutes of Tournament is left, and most of the unwanted warriors are eliminated. Now only the strongest remains. Universe 7 have the most fighters left in the tournament.
However, the spoilers said that one universe will be erased and one fighter from universe 7 will be eliminated.
The strongest warrior in tournament of power so far.
Jiren
Jiren is a fighter from universe 11, one of the last 3 pride trooper left in the tournament. Jiren is said to be stronger than Belmod, Universe 11 hakaishin. We already see the strength he shown during fight with goku. He is a beast.
Kefla
Kefla is a fusion of two most powerful saiyan of universe 6, Caulifla and Kale. We have seen her power against Goku Super Saiyan God and she also defeats goku SSB kaioken until goku trigger his Ultra Instinct.
Goku
Goku is always everyone favourite. Goku is always seen evolving everytime he fight. In this tournament, he awaken a form which God are not fully able to master which is Ultra Instinct.
Vegeta
Many fans said that vegeta is not really relevant in terms of strength but he sure eliminated 6 warrior single handedly. We will see his true strength in his fight against Toppo which will be shown later in the series.
Toppo
Toppo is quite strong. As the next candidate of God of Destruction, He sure will not be taken lightly. Toppo also able to withstand goku SSB kaioken kamehameha and come out unscathed.
Frieza
Frieza calmness in the tournament makes me wonder what his real strength is. His golden frieza form are able to compress God Of destruction energy by Sidra while goku cant. He also eliminate 5 fighters in the tournament. But, Today we aren’t going to talk about these Warriors we will be talking about Universe 3 and Universe 4 Warriors. The Kaioshin of Universe 3 and Universe 4 said after Zeno-Sama permitted Fusion that their fighters do not need the Potara earrings. They are quite confident with their remaining member ability and strength. Universe 3
The Super Warrior of Universe 3 is Megazord, It’s a Triple-Fusion Warrior with the combination of Koitsukai, Panchia, and Borareta. The arms and hands will be coming from Koitsukai, while the lower body will be from Borareta. Furthermore, the upper body and head will come from Panchia.
Universe 4
Damom and Gamisaras
The Fusion of Mysterious brothers Damom and Gamisaras, maybe they don’t even need Potara earrings to fuse. Damom and Gamisaras supposed to have the similar powers like disappear and emerge out of nowhere also appear from the ground whenever they want to. They can use suicide strikes while waiting for the opponent and target at the counter using their unique techniques. And Like a real cicada, they can shed their skin, leaving an empty shell.
Shantsa
This little monster hasn’t been seen battling much, but apparently, he is good at keeping himself in the Stage. During Jiren vs. Goku, match the Only Shantsa of Universe 4 and Hit of Universe 6 are unfazed by Jiren’s powerful winds.
