FORESHADOWING OR A MISTAKE? LUFFY FINAL BOUNTY REVEALED!?

The government is issuing a call to the people to help in the capture and concluding execution of someone considered outside the law. It is them asking for help in exchange for Money as a reward. The point of a bounty is to lure bounty hunters to the hope of money. The higher the bounty, the more likely a well-known bounty hunter will respond to the call. When a prize is raised, it is the acceptance of the government that they are not able to deal quietly with the problem at hand, and are asking for help from bounty hunters. MYTHICAL ZOAN FRUITS - EXPLAINED



Hey everyone, as you know devil Fruits are mystical fruits found throughout the world that, when consumed, provide the eater a special ability, depending on the type and variation of the Fruit itself. With only one notable exception, an individual can only acquire the powers of a single Devil Fruit except for Blackbeard who happen to have wield two devil fruits at the same time.



As you already know, there are 3 types of Devil Fruit Logia, Paramecia and Zoan. The main focus in this article is only concerned to only Zoan Devil Fruit and specifically Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. Many people thinks that Zoan Devil Fruit is not that relevant because we mostly see Logia and Paramecia being a dominating Devil Fruit throughout the series. However, there is more to Zoan Devil Fruit that we dont know.


Little do we know, Zoan Devil Fruit is something special. Unlike other Devil Fruits Zoan consists of 3 sub  categories which is Carnivorous Zoan, Ancient Zoan and Mythical Zoan.

Carnivorous Zoan


Devil fruit users are more predatory and bloodthirsty than others by nature and as such tend to be better adapted for combat. Example, Rob Lucci.

Ancient Zoan

Rare kind of Zoan Devil Fruits that resembles the Ancient and Pre-historic reptiles such as Dinosaur and extinct animal. Example, X-Drake

Mythical Zoan


Very rare kind of Zoan Devil Fruits that allows the user to transform into a Mythical creature. Mythical Zoan have one and only characteristics that differ it from the rest of the Zoan Devil Fruit. Example, Marco the Pheonix


Mythical Zoan is considered to be the rarest type of Devil Fruit compared to Logia. There are only 11 Logia users and only 2 Mythical Zoan have been stated in One Piece so far. Both of Mythical Zoan users is introduced in the same arc which is Marineford Arc. These 2 users as you know is Sengoku and Marco the Pheonix.


Marco was officially introduced as the user of Mythical Zoan Fruit which allows him to turn into Pheonix but Sengoku was never mentioned as Mythical Zoan in Marineford Arc. There is an explanation to this, mythical Zoan allows the user to transform into a Mythical creature and Sengoku turns into Buddha which if you know who is Buddha is then you will considered that it is Mythical enough.

All zoan types comes from a basic single animal and expand into what model it is. The example can be explained like this

Inu inu no Mi, Model Dachshund is the weapon used by Mr 4 in Alabasta. Meanwhile there is also Inu Inu no Mi, Model Wolf used by Jabra in the fight versus Sanji at Enies Lobby.


Eventhough the basic categories is the same which is Inu [Dog] but the Model/Type is what makes it different.


Sengoku have same types of Devil Fruit with Chopper which is Hito Hito no Mi [human] but Sengoku devil fruit is Hito Hito no Mi Model Daibutsu while Chopper stuck with the normal type of Hito Hito No Mi which allows him to speak and act like human. Therefore, Marco Devil Fruit might be Tori Tori No Mi, Model Pheonix. However there is still no confirmation on that name thats just basically our assumption based on what being discussed above.


One thing about Mythical Zoan is that it kinda combines two Devil Fruit ability after they transform whether it is Logia/Zoan or Paramecia/Zoan. Like when Sengoku transforms into Giant Buddha and blast a shockwave to Blackbeard Pirates. This might be a combination of Paramecia/Zoan. The same thing when Marco fully transform into Pheonix, He kinda turn into Logia/Zoan looking at the way the Blue Fire surround his when he was Fighting Kizaru.

Oda explains that Marco Blue Fire is not actually used for attacking. Marco still attacks like other Zoan type user and it is different from Ace Mera Mera No Mi which the fire is used to spread and burn thing. The thing that makes Mythical Zoan is different is the Characteristics based on what the Model of the Zoan is. Marco Model is Pheonix and as we know Pheonix is a mythical bird that is cyclically regenerated or born again. Oda explains that Marco Blue Fire is the Blue Fire of Revival that allows him to have high regenerations abilites just like the Mythology of Pheonix. 


Mythical Zoan will have their own characteristics based on what the type of Mythical Zoan the users possess. Zoan type devil fruit always being left out in the spotlight but Wano arc will put a whole new perspective of Zoan Devil Fruit user and of course more Ancient and Mythical Zoan will be introduced into the series.
