HAKAI IS NOT AN ABSOLUTE TECHNIQUE

Dragon ball Super have been introducing us to the new elements in Dragon Ball Universe which is the existence of Gods of Destruction and Its attendant which we called  as Angels. This divine presence become major focal points to the progress of the story.  We have also been introduced by the existence of other universe and other Gods of Destruction. 

The ability of Gods of Destruction is vary from the other. In Dragon Ball super Manga, it shows that every Gods of Destruction have some kind of special abilities differ from the other. For example, Rummshi roar is the strongest between all universe, Liquier with his Tail ki blast barrage, Sidra is the master of Barrier and so much more. However, there is one thing that they have  in common which is Hakai. Hakai is the ability to erase other being either in the form of a blast or just straight hakai to the face.

We presume that Hakaishin is an immortal being which his Hakai ability is an absolute technique ( same as Naruto fandom presume Amaterasu as an absolute technique since Amaterasu is the eternal flame ). However the fight between Vegeta and Toppo told us one thing about Hakai. It is not an absolute technique and can be destroyed. There are two cases in which this actually happen.

First, When Goku went to Baba to revive frieza and being sabotaged by army of Sidra, Sidra entrusted one of the soldier with his Energy Ball of Destruction. Frieza being hit by that and survives. In the case of Hakai, he should be erased by now. This thing happen same with Goku. In my opinion, God of Destruction able to adjust the power of Hakai and if the power is not above the person that meant  to be Hakai, he can withstand and endure it.

Second, Vegeta battle with Toppo. We have seen Toppo becoming the candidate of Gods of Destruction and able to use Hakai aura and Hakai as a whole. In that battle, Vegeta was able to withstand Toppo hakai which tiny of it destroys Frieza planet destroyer ki blast and the fans are wondering how Vegeta were able to do that. Not to mention that he even destroy that Hakai.

Some fans think that Toppo was holding back and He is clearly not that was a full power Hakai from a Gods of Destruction. Toppo might not reach the power of real Hakaishin but Hakai is still Hakai. Again, Frieza can withstand Toppo power of Hakai before and still survives. 

This clearly shows that Hakai is not an absolute technique which will ultimately destroy someone and it can be destroy.  From what I have seen, Individual who have stronger power can endure the power of Hakai. It means that frieza Golden Form is considered  strong to withstand Sidra energy ball of Destruction. 

However, in Vegeta case he might be stronger than Toppo Gods of Destruction Form and one thing about Vegeta new form is that it uses God Ki as a base. God Ki can be used only

by the Gods and divine beings. Of course, if Toppo can use Hakai he clearly does have God Ki as well.

Which means, the clash between Hakai is determined by the owner God Ki level. That is why vegeta have been able to destroy Toppo Hakai.  This would be a perfect between the fight of Gods which one of the other cant Hakai each other and instead the energy Ball of Destruction becomes a ki blast battle between Gods. But in frieza Case, he just strong enough to endure that Hakai blast and not being vaporises into thin air.
